Bread / Pizza Crust
soak
and sprout 3 cups of buckwheat
and 1 cup of flaxseeds
2 1/4 cups of carrot pulp
2/3 cup of olive oil
handful of basil
Place
all ingredients into a bowl and mix well together. Run entire batch through
the greenlife juicer using the homogenizer screen. Mixture that comes
out will be the "dough".
use about 2/3 cup of dough on dehydrator tray, spread out by hand into
a square or round piece - depending on if you want sandwich bread or pizza
crust (about 6-8 inches in diameter, no more than 1/2 inch thick)
repeat
process until all dough is used up. Dehydrate at 95-100 degrees for 24-36
hours.
