Tomato Basil Collins Sauce


1 cup sundried tomatos (soaked)
2 cups roma tomatos
3 dates
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp of celtic sea salt
1/8 cup lemon juice
5-6 leaves of fresh basil
hand full of fresh oregano


Remove the pits from the dates.

Run the sundried & fresh tomatos, dates, garlic, basil, and oregano through the greenlife juicer with the homogenizer screen. Repeat this process 4 times.

Add lemon juice and salt.
