Super Cilantro Indian Soup

1 large tomato (preferably Heirloom)
juice of one lemon
2 tsp nama shoyu (raw soy sauce)
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 tbs chopped ginger
2 tsp curry powder
1 thai chile (or 1 red jalapeno) with seeds removed (keep seeds if you want it more spicy)
1/2 cup olive oil


Blend ingredients up into a liquid, add 1-2 cups water to thin out.

Chop up herbs (lemon basil, opal basil, italian basil, cilantro, sage, parsley, oregano, mint, tarragon, sorrel, etc), one shitake mushroom, 2-3 pieces of cauliflower, and mashed avocado.

Stir well, add salt to taste. Pour into bowls, and chow down like a moo foo.
