Taco Crackers

1 cup walnuts
1 cup almonds
1 cup sunflower seeds
4 TBS flax seeds
6 roma tomatos
1 red onion chopped
3 tsp cumin
2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper to taste

Soak the walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, and flax seeds in a jar of purified water for 24 hours (change the water 2-3 times throughout that period).
After 24 hour period is over, drain the jar, and put the nuts & seeds into a large bowl.

Chop up the onion and the tomatoes and add to the bowl along with the spices. Mix well.

Put everything into a food processor and liquify it.

Put mixture onto dehydrator trays filling entire trays with large square shapes (about 1/2-2/3 inch thick). Dehydrate at 95-100 degrees.

After about 8-12 hours of dehydrating, take a pizza cutter and cut the large squares into smaller cracker shapes and flip over.

Continue dehydrating until crisp.
