an equal amount of Cauliflower
1 clove of garlic
2 tbs of olive oil
handful of chopped oregano
break up the broccoli and cauliflower into little pieces.
cut the carrots at an angle making thin diagnol slices.
use a garlic press, mix the vegetables into a bowl with
the garlic, olive oil, and oregano.
Sit down and have a real feast.
