UNSTOPPABLE
APPLE PIE!
Crust:
2 cup walnuts (soaked 24 hours)
1 cup almond (soaked 24 hours)
1 cup of dates (soaked 4-8 hours)
ground up infood processor
form pie crust into a springform pan.
remove and refrigerate.
Brazil nut cream:
1/4 cup brazil nuts (soaked 24 hours)
1/4 cup dates (soaked 4-8 hours)
juice of a lemon
2 tsp vanilla
blend in food processor until consistency is smooth like a paste.
Apple filling:
3 grated apples (red delicious)
drain juice (drink it or give it to the homeless)
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup brazil nut cream
1 tsp cinamon
mix well, put into pie crust and pat down so it is firm
Using a knife, trace around outer edge of pie crust to remove from wall
of springform pan. Remove outer pie dish wall, and slice into pieces.
Eat the pie and smile.
