1 crown of broccoli
2 roma tomatoes
4 pieces of sundried tomatoes (soaked)
6 black olives (soaked in distilled water)
6 cloves of garlic
6 spinach leaves
hand full of fresh basil (10-12 leaves)
4 tbs of olive oil
dried seasoning (basil, rosemary, sage, thyme, oregano)
handful of pine nuts (optional)
convert cucumber and zucchini into angel hair pasta strands using SALADACCO
in a bowl, add "pasta"
break up broccoli crown into very small pieces, slice carrots into thin
flat angular slices, dice roma tomatos into chunks, chop sundried tomato
into very small pieces,
cut olives into semi-thin slices, and chop basil and spinach into tiny
using a garlic press, mince the 6 cloves
add olive oil and seasoning (mixture of seasoning should be about 50%
oregano, 12.5% basil, 12.5% sage, 12.5% rosemary, and 12.5% thyme)
mix well and add pine nuts if desired.
can be served with raw bread and/or tomato marinara sauce.
